The Raven The Wolf

Description

I was asked if there was a story to this piece.... And quite frankly there is, but after some thought I decided not to write the story out. Because by doing so I feel it would do a great deal of unjust to the Raven, as the story is only from the Wolf's point of view, which would make it very biased.

Instead I will write a bit about what the Wolf has grown to realise...

The Wolf has grown to realise that no matter how sad he felt, no matter how much blame he placed on himself. Life still carried on, the day and night passed regardless, time still ticked by and the world still happened around him. He also realise that while it’s ok to feel remorse for the mistakes he made, he should also give himself credit for the things he did right.

He also realised that there are things beyond his control. Even though he may try to get things to work out a certain way, things don’t always work out like that. It always seems like the harder the Wolf tries, the further the Raven distances herself….. He eventually sees that although he loves and cares for her, he cannot control how she feels.... It destroyed him to see her finally flying away…

Life is strange like that.... The Wolf could never fully understand why

Maybe one day the Raven might fly back in to his life, or maybe she won’t….. Either way the Wolf still sends his love to the Raven and wishes her well, may she be blessed, may she find the happiness that she is looking for.
