I had the sudden urge to draw this after dying repeatedly after being killed by hordes in WoW. Yes I must admit, I really suck at that game hahaha.

I spent a long time thinking about the title for this one too... It was originally going to be "Will you fucking bleed for me." because I've been listening to Parkway Drive quite a bit while drawing this piece or "I cut the throat of betrayal..." because The Ransom by Escape the Fate also influence me on deciding the title. But then I remembered the war going on between Alliance and Horde so I decided to pick this title.

Just to clear a few doubts, it IS a female human rogue killing a male orc warrior (I have seen it happening in the game, brilliant skills the rogue has). Rogue with full Wrathful gear, and the same for warrior, and yes the bit sticking up is the cut off arm of the orc.
